How does our Club work? It's simple:
- Contact our practice to schedule your consultation.
- Join the Club. $99 Membership Fee gives the patient full access to high quality orthodontic products and treatment for 5 full years!
- Get a Scan. A 3D Scan or impression will be taken of the patient's teeth. This file will be stored in our system so that our qualified team can create all of the patient's orthodontic products for treatment and retention.
- Order Anytime. As a member of the Club, our patients will have full access to ALL of our after orthodontic products anytime they are needed.
All Forever Aligned Club orthodontic treatment plans with Dental Wellness Centers are directly supervised by a qualified dentist in collaboration with Forever Aligned Club's very own founder orthodontist.
